Skin Information
I have a combination skin. My skin can be dry or normal in some areas while it’s oily on the T-zone.

Concerns

  • I get acne on my neck every time I eat chocolates. It will stay there for ages, until it leaves dark spots scar. (✔️Problem solved)
  • I have pores, which I think would be my problem in the future. My pores are small at the moment, but due to having an oily skin, I know they will get larger sooner or later. (❌ Still looking for a solution)
  • I think it’s due to the weather, I get tiny, colourless bumps all over my forehead. Sometimes I got a lot, sometimes I got less, but it never goes away.  (❌ Still looking for a solution)
  • Blackheads/ Whiteheads on nose, which I’m not really bothered. This forms because of clogged pores.

Skin Care Routine
Same skin care items.
Finally, I decided to use my Holland and Barrett supplements I bought before leaving the UK.

Supplements
Before breakfast: Dhc Adlay
After breakfast: Vitamin C, Evening Primrose Oil/ Cod Liver Oil
After lunch: Vitamin C, EPO/ Cod Liver Oil
Night: Beta Carotene

Diary
April 2019
I began taking Vitamin C 1000mg, Evening Primrose 1300mg, Cod Liver 410mg. I kept consuming Adlay since it has Vitamin B complex. I didn’t know about this at first. As you can see on my previous diary, I already added Vitamin B mix and  Blueberry Extract on my routine, thus got worried that I might be getting too much Vitamin B. And so, I decided to finish Adlay and not to buy any more in the future.

Dictionary
Vitamin C: Collagen production, skin brightening, helps fight free radicals and UV radiation. Brightens dark spots, skin repair, protection against sun damage.

Evening Primrose Oil (EPO): With Vitamin B12. Overall skin health; Elasticity, moisture, firmness

Beta Carotene Provitamin A: Protects skin (UV), eye health, antioxidant

Cod Liver Oil: Healthy skin & hair. EPA benefits skin boosting hydration, prevent acne and by delaying the skins aging process. Vitamin A, again for healthy skin, etc. Vitamin D for skin cell growth, repair and metabolism. Helps destroy free radicals that may cause premature aging.

Positive Results 7/10
My skin is not as soft, but still no need to apply body lotion.

I think, it was on the second day, when a small acne formed on my neck. It did not last long though. It was completely gone on the third day, leaving another dark spot scar.

This never happened during my DHC products. I’ll stick to Holland and Barrett supplements if I
don’t have a choice. They’ve done a good job together in the past month.
