Skin Information
I have a combination skin. My skin can be dry or normal in some areas while it’s oily on the T-zone.
Concerns
- I get acne on my neck every time I eat chocolates. It will stay there for ages, until it leaves dark spots scar. (✔️Problem solved)
- I have pores, which I think would be my problem in the future. My pores are small at the moment, but due to having an oily skin, I know they will get larger sooner or later. (❌ Still looking for a solution)
- I think it’s due to the weather, I get tiny, colourless bumps all over my forehead. Sometimes I got a lot, sometimes I got less, but it never goes away. (❌ Still looking for a solution)
- Blackheads/ Whiteheads on nose, which I’m not really bothered. This forms because of clogged pores.
Skin Care Routine
Cleanser: Softymo Cleansing Foam White (Medicated)
It makes my face white and soft, but doesn’t get rid of dark spots scar and forehead bumps.
Japan lotion (softener, hydrate skin before moisturiser): Naturie Coix seed/ Adlay Skin Conditioner.
Sheet masks: I tried lots and the one I like is the Coix Seed/Adlay mask. It has 31 sheets and you can use it daily.
Supplements
After Breakfast: Dhc Adlay Extract
After Lunch: Dhc Vitamin B Mix
After Dinner: Dhc Blueberry Extract
Before Bed: Placenta C Jelly
Diary
November 2018
The first collagen I tried was Meiji Collagen powder. I switched to Jelly stick because it has a lot of beauty ingredients in one. They worked well, made me go to the toilet, I have a digestive problem by the way. If it helped my digestion, I’m guessing it will work it’s magic as a whole. Few weeks later, my face looks moisturised.
December 2018
I added Adlay. According to the review I read, she got results during a week. I don’t think it happened to me.
January- February 2019
Been eating chocolates from time to time. Neck seems fine.
Late February 2019
Added Vitamin B mix.
Positive Results 9/10
Bright and glowing skin: I’m not bothered to stay under the sun anymore.
Silky smooth skin: No need to use any lotion. My hubby started to rub my arm or leg from time to time, because it’s too soft to be true.
On the negative side, after 3 months, I’m expecting them to get rid of my dark spots scar on my neck. It did not completely done this, although there’s an improvement. It is now less visible and they have prevented those acne on forming again.
