Beauty is a universal value.

We always want to look and feel beautiful. That’s why we use lots of products to our face and body, even supplements to achieve our goals. Some even go through daily treatments and risky procedures. 




I am not an expert, but I have a long journey when it comes to exercise.

Beginners

Don’t forget to add your rest days, specially stretching after you workouts. It is less likely to injure yourself that way.

How often should we exercise?

It is said between 3-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes a day.

Depending on your activity level throughout the day, you should try and fit in some exercises every now and then. Walking is the most natural exercise anyone can do, anytime, anywhere.
